The Todd Mathews Wallace Cancer Care Endowment at Dell Children's
Todd, a longtime Trustee of the Dell Children’s Foundation Board and passionate advocate for pediatric health embodied strength, grace, and unwavering faith throughout his life. His personal journey with cancer gave him deep empathy for the challenges faced by young patients and their families, as well as a profound respect for the science and care that drive progress in the fight against cancer. Todd's deep commitment to serving others, his ever-present positivity, and his heartfelt belief that Time = Love profoundly shaped everyone who knew him—he clearly leaves an enduring legacy for his family and our community to carry forward.
Like everything he was committed to, Todd made Dell Children's better with his empathy and service. His leadership and philanthropy have shaped Dell Children’s in countless ways. We are honored to have this endowment in Todd's name benefiting the Dell Children's Blood and Cancer Center as a heartfelt tribute to his legacy and the enduring impact he made on our mission to serve children and their families.
This endowment ensures that we can respond to the evolving needs of our patients with agility, excellence, and compassion. It also serves as a beacon of inspiration for the future — a reminder that behind every breakthrough and every brave patient are supporters like you, and visionaries like Todd, who believe in a better tomorrow.

You Make the Dell Children's Difference
Dell Children’s relies on support from the community to ensure our doors stay open and that no child is ever turned away regardless of their family’s ability to pay. Approximately 69% of the patient services Dell Children’s provides supports children who are un- or under-insured. We could not provide the same level of world class care to every child without philanthropic support.
